How to reload prepaid SIM while roaming for SMART and Globe

For SMART and TNT

Smart Prepaid and TNT subscribers roaming abroad can top-up their Call and Text Card for FREE using the Presyong Pinoy Roaming Text Menu.

    On your mobile phone, dial * 133# then press call to access the USSD menu.
    On the main Menu, choose 3 (Load) then 2 (CTC Loading)

    Enter the 14-digit Call and Text Card PIN

    To prevent system time-out, please ensure that each screen is displayed for less than 25 seconds.
    For long messages (more than 20 characters), it is recommended to use the "continue" option each session. Total capacity of each text session is 160 characters.
    Please have at least P1 for this transaction.

For Globe

You can choose from 4 ways:

1. By using a Call Card, which can be purchased at www.globe.com.ph:

If you're in the countries listed below, simply text LOAD<call card number><call card pin> to 2215. Please do not put spaces in between. This message will cost Php 25.

If you're not in these countries, dial *143# toll-free and press "5" to reload.

2. By using Share-A-Load:

You can ask your loved ones back in the Philippines to send load to you by texting <amount> <PIN> to "2" + mobile number. They will be charged Php 1 for every transaction.

Example: 100 1234 to 29171234567

3. By International AutoLoadMax (IAMAX):

When traveling in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, and Japan, you can avail of the IAMAX service through selected retailers.

4. By buying load via GCASH:

Simply dial *143# on your mobile phone, look for G-Cash menu, and then follow the prompt
